Wheee, back from Turkey and severely jetlagged. Not because of the time difference, but more because of the fact that we had to leave the apartment at 4 am to reach the airport in time. And since I am a guy, I didn't take a nap or anything, no, I stayed up until four, then tried to sleep a bit in the taxi and on the plane. None of which was really helping me.

Anyway, I'm back. I wish I could write tons here about my holiday with lots of interesting pictures, but alas. It can be summed up like this: sleep in, eat, go to town, walk around, drink, play pool, drink a bit more, dinner, TV/DVD or out to the club. Oh, and we visited the ancient castle ruins up on the hill in Alanya. Stunning view, just too bad the way down to town was infested with trunk-sellers (You want perfume? No? Watch? No? Sunglasses? No? Really cheap! No? Bye.). All in all the food was great, the beer was good, I relaxed, went to a hamam (turkish bathhouse) and generally did all of the things you normally do on a lazy holiday. Not much dancing, since the clubs are filthily expensive, even to Dutch standards.

So, what's coming up next week? Talk with boss about new contract, try to catch the Mouse That Doesn't Want To Leave Our Apartment, find a new roommate, pay lots of bills, meet with the gamingclub, hopefully be able to attend a local LAN party on Saturday, and generally work a lot again. And find a new job. And play some CoH in the mean time. And sleep. And eat.

So much to do, so little time.
