I've been having a craving for curry for a couple of weeks and yesterday I gave in. Both Roomie Rick and me have lived and worked in the UK, so we occasionally have those moments where we make a simple Tandoori or Tikka Masala chicken. But yesterday was different.
On the menu: Chicken Balti with garlic Naan bread, poppadums (deepfried by yours truly) and raita. Unfortunately, our supermarket doesn't carry Indian-style beer like Cobra or Tiger, so we settled for a Chinese Tsingtao to wash everything down with.
