Healthy food

You tell yourself to eat LOTS of greens, drink enough water and nettle-tea, 2 pieces of fruit a day and keep that up for several weeks.

As long as you realise you're going to have to keep eating that way for the rest of your life in order to maintain your weight and not gain it back.

Not that that's wrong or impossible, but sometimes people forget that...
