Ouch

An hour and a half of squash with colleagues. I will be in a world of pain tomorrow.....

Be very careful if you never have played squash before, it is a very exerting sport, you might pull a muscle or worse! Just let the ball go if you can't reach it, don't overdo it.

Oh oh oh... you should've known better. Start with a good solid warming up and don't exercise longer than half an hour if you are starting a new sport or are not typically that active ;) Now your muscles are going "augh! not enough water! too much acid! arrghh!"

I better download some massage tips or something :P
