Bootcamp, day 1

Starting today, I have my own personal trainer (though online) for the next four weeks. Wish me strength!

You keep a food-diary for a week, do steps on the bottom step of your staircase for 3 minutes and measure your heartrate (fittest), you measure your waistline, optionally you get your bodyfat-percentage measured, then you send all this data plus age, length, weight and sex to your trainer. After a week you get a personal mail with an analysis of your diary plus tips and advice, AND you get a list of what kind of exercise you need to do the coming week. No menus or recipes, just guidelines. Then one week later you take all your data again, send it along with a personal report. That's everything I need to do at this time.
