Birthdays?!!
I only discovered the handy birthday tool from LJ today.
Happy (very) belated birthday to
arca and
blue_panther!
Hey,
_graywolf_, what're YOU up to this weekend? :)
Happy (very) belated birthday to
Hey,
Time for a new icon
Since that other picture was taken over a year ago, and since it was taken at work (a place where I won't be much longer) I decided this was a good time to update my personal icon. I just hope no one will start regarding me as an alcoholic from now on. I mean, I'm not even a big fan of Guinness. I'd rather have a Kilkenny, or a Caffrey's, or a Murphy Irish Red. Or orange juice. Yes, I drink stuff without alcohol as well :D
BTW: can you tell I'm bored at the moment? I'm completely up to date with LJ again, updated my icon, booked tickets and ... that's about it. With some minor tasks inbetween.
In other news: I went to the optician last thursday. My eyes have become even worse. Left: -11.00 Right: -12.75
It is possible to get soft and hard contactlenses that strong, as well as glasses of course. Mom phoned me yesterday night if I wouldn't want to consider lasering as an option. I've always been quite scared of it. Only the slightest thing has to go wrong for you to end up (half)blind. I don't want to take any risks with things that involve my eyesight or my hearing. If something bad should ever happen to me (Heaven forbid!), I'd rather go cripple or lose a limb than end up deaf or blind.
But anyway, almost the same question as last week. Does anyone have any experiences with eye-lasering?
