Allo allo?

I like foreign languages, and with that also foreign music. Lately I've been listening a lot to German and French music. The more modern stuff, no chansons or schlagers. And thanks to the wonders of Youtube and its clones I can share a few of the modern classics with you. Click the link for embedded video's. And if you work your way to the bottom, there's a little surprise. Something to do with one DJ and three aliens :D

ZEBDA! - Tomber la chemise

Manau - La tribu de Dana

Wir Sind Helden - Nur Ein Wort Cool clip!

Die Fantastischen Vier - Millionen Legionen Unplugged Hiphop with indian instruments. So awesome.

Click here for clip, embedding doesn't work. But click. I mean it.

Surprise! DJ Tiesto & Blue Man Group!

OMG I totally love this song and if it wasn't for you I would've never remembered it existed :D How the hell do you combine French rap with Celtic music? Like this! It's awesome ^__^

I used to request it on The Box a lot when, you know, The Box was still about requesting music videos that weren't shitty hiphop...

Oh gods, The Box. I was living on campus when it was first introduced in Maastricht. My next phonebill was .... astronomic.

By the way, check out the Millionen Legionen clip as well. That's German hiphop with sitars. Live and unplugged. Like Rivella: A little strange, but quite nice!

And ... you're welcome :)
