The offers so far

Things just got more insane. Polteq made a good offer yesterday which I should be getting on paper today, then this morning I got a call from ABN AMRO out of the blue that they want to know what the competition offers so they might be able to match it. Holy bleep.

Put behind an LJ cut so not to bore people with details.

Right, It's down to three: Polteq, Valori and ABN AMRO.

Polteq - A rather small and new (7 years) IT testing consultancy company with currently 60+ employees, wanting to grow to 100, offices in Groningen, Amersfoort and Dordrecht. They claim to be the most progressive and up-to-date testcompany with all the latest programs:
Test Engineer
2200 Euro a month, 40 hour working week.
50 euro netto 'phone/pocket-money' a month
At first a 6-month contract, with possibility to get a solid contract WITHIN those 6 months.
Solid contract will also entail 'leasecar-money'. Possible cars: VW Polo, Peugeot 207, Fiat Grande Punto
Training on-the-job, with lots of courses in the first year (worth almost 10k). Should I leave out of my own choosing within the first two years, I'd have to pay a share of those costs back. No structured training-program yet, but they're working on starting that.
Base of operations: Dordrecht at first, after that, it can be anywhere in the country or even London (Bank of Scotland)
Pension and savings plan
After trial period (1 month) a bonus of 1000 euro (before taxes)
Overwork paid in time or money
8.33% vacation pay

Valori - Also an IT company, 20 years old, priding themselves on their all-round solutions from concept to implementation. Office in Nieuwegein
*** old offer, new one probably coming tomorrow after chat ***
Junior Tester
2000 Euro a month, 40 hour working week
Sailingtrip with 10 friends aboard the Valori yacht
Tailored business suit
90 euro netto 'phone/pocket'-money a month
At first a 12 month contract, then a solid one.
Full one year training course starting with a month of training in Nieuwegein, Belgium and Barcelona
After first month: lease car (company provided VW Polo)

ABN AMRO - soon to be part of Barclays bank :p. Business unit, assistant account manager. Basically, helping all small and medium companies with their financial products and problems.

2000 Euro a month, 36 hour working week (one week 4 days, one week 5 days)
All kinds of discounts on financial products
13th and 14 month bonus
No car, standard travelling costs
First 6 month contract through Randstad temp office, after that solid contract with the bank with possible raise.

That's all I can come up with right now. I'm sure there's more things, but my head is swimming at the moment.
