I don't know what's wrong with me these days. I'm always so tired in the morning, even after sleeping in. It seems as if my body is still adjusting from unemployed life to hardworking life. If I don't set an alarmclock, I sleep between 9 and 10 hours, with the occasional peak at 12 hours! I drag myself out of bed, take a shower, feel a bit better, but hardly find the energy anymore to also drag my butt to the gym. And that's what stings most. I like the gym, but for the last two weeks Rick had to pull me along. If he works different hours and can't go while I can, I don't go. I should go today, I need to go today, but at the moment I'm too darned tired, even after sleeping 9 hours. Tonight is gonna be a late night at work (wedding party), so I know I won't be going tomorrow.
I thought this kind of tiredness only came in winter when it's cold and dark. I somehow developed it now that it's getting warmer and sunnier. Is anyone else familiar with this? Is there such a thing as sleeping too much? What can I do to get more energy?
