Contract has not been renewed.
Laid off.
Back on the dole.

Especially sour when you walk into the office with your new Tutor/Trainer diploma to show it off only to walk out without a job.

Unfortunately they probably didn't even need an excuse. If you have a temporary contract and you so much as look at your boss funny, he can be a prick and not renew it :/
